It’s been a few days since I failed last. A few issues I need to resolve:

“I wonder when I’ll start to feel its effects”.
Sooner than I thought. A few hours after I made that post, I took a nap, and didn’t feel like getting up again. I almost made it to day 3. To impove my chances. I’ll stay up for 36 hours, I’m already tired, If I can remain awake for that time, then I’ll take a nap right after. Should help.

19 Nov 2010SPAMAYL is going much quicker than expected. I wonder when I’ll start to feel it’s effects….
I’ve decided to continue my experiment with polyphasic sleep. So far, I’ve passed 1 night. I woke up yesterday at 6. And I did so this morning (but I started a nap before). Either way, that marks day 1.
I’m wide awake right now. A REM cycle must have happened, but I don’t remember dreaming….
Either way. Day 1 is complete.
I’ve been sleeping on my floor for a while. My room is small, a bed takes up 1/3 of my room and it’s as comfy as my floor. Speaking of which… it’s really not bad once you get used to it. I can’t remember when I started it. It’s probably been a week or something.
Over the past month or so, I’ve been experimenting with SPAMAYL. Recently, I’ve been experimenting with a core, but that proved useless. I got even more sleepy. And with a core, more time would have been added. I just have to face the facts that I need a schedule that fits my own schedule. Thanks to nicky for pointing me to the link for a new blog here! I’ll see if I can import my polyphasic sleep category to here, so you know how I’ve been doing. AS of now, I’m on hold. Trying to figure out what schedule will truely work for me. I’ll post back as soon as possible.
I’m really on the fence right now. With nothing to do, it’s really hard to do polyphasic sleep. Plus, SPAMAYL with a core seems useless. Then again, having another few hours is nice, but I don’t have anything to spend it on. My mind is in a jumble right now. I haven’t the slightest idea what to do. For now, putting polyphasic sleep on hold.
I’m on day 2 right now. I’m following the SPAMAYL way, so I felt the core could be adjusted like the naps are. I felt tired. And ended up sleeping a few more hours. I’m still super tired. So I’ll get a restful nap sooner or later. My body is still having that ‘nagging’ feeling. It just wants me to sleep. I’m at school waiting for the next bell. I’m gonna nap when I get home. I should make it to day 3 soon. Good thing the weekend is around the corner…..
I’ve taken a few naps. I’m gonna take my core soon.
Let me give you an update. In my last post, I mentioned that I’d start my schedule that day. Turns out Mr. Willpower wasn’t in, he took a sick day or two. Two days later I’ve started. I can’t wait for my core… My body has also been giving me these thoughts like: “Won’t you miss 8hrs of sleep?” and “Don’t you love that feeling of sleep?”.
It’s hypnotic I tell you!! Oh well, it’s been a good 12 mins. I actually feel better since I last started this post I think I’ll wait a little longer
