Sleeeeeep
Well. It can’t be helped if I took a nap for a few hours, I’ll start again, no extra naps this time, that was my problem, I kept saying “oh a 5 min nap won’t hurt”. Wrong, my palm kept discharging, and I never was able to wake up. Well, as a last resort I will keep setting my alarm clock rather than my palm, it’s louder, but I’ll need to keep setting the correct time every few hours. Now excuse me as I will do 50 push ups to keep me awake.

It can be really tough the first time starting a polyphasic schedule.
I’ve decided that I won’t even use my bed anymore for my midnight and 6 AM naps, because it’s too comfortable. During those two naps, I just lay my head on my desk, that way I don’t want to fall back to sleep.
