Sleeeeeep
I’m on day 2 right now. I’m following the SPAMAYL way, so I felt the core could be adjusted like the naps are. I felt tired. And ended up sleeping a few more hours. I’m still super tired. So I’ll get a restful nap sooner or later. My body is still having that ‘nagging’ feeling. It just wants me to sleep. I’m at school waiting for the next bell. I’m gonna nap when I get home. I should make it to day 3 soon. Good thing the weekend is around the corner…..
