		<description>I love that feeling of sleep. Or so I thought. What I really liked was the feeling of falling asleep specifically. Drifting off when tired is blissful. And now, I get to do that 4x per day (I&#039;m doing Everyman 3), not just once or twice. So if anything, it feels like I sleep more. YMMV.</description>

I&#039;m working on trying to adopt to SPAMAYL too. Right now is day 1, 1:11. I&#039;m trying to do it while having an 8-9 hour block in the day during school. It&#039;s Friday night, I tried adjusting Wednesday and Thursday night but around 1 or 2 I&#039;d think I&#039;d be too sleepy for school and just give up. Hopefully we both can make it past day 1. I&#039;ve decided that I won&#039;t even use my bed anymore for my midnight and 6 AM naps, because it&#039;s too comfortable. During those two naps, I just lay my head on my desk, that way I don&#039;t want to fall back to sleep.</description>

I failed my first attempt last night because my alarm wasn&#039;t loud enough. I had my speakers turned up full blast and woke up after ~3 hours to find out my alarm had been going off.

This time though, I&#039;m going to use some really good headphones. I&#039;ve got a 21-minute long white noise track I made in audacity that I&#039;m putting at the top of a playlist in Rhythmbox. When the white noise goes away and is replaced with Infected Mushroom, that should wake me up.

Also, I&#039;m getting to work on my polyphasic sleep blog: sleep.undecim.org</description>
