My first 3 days
So I completely forgot about this site! and haven't blogged.
Heres a rundown of my first 4 days:
Day 1
Woke up 2 minutes before alarm, tired as hell.
First nap at 6am was a complete flop (As expected). Rose from nap more tired than start.
Started to get very tired about an hour out from my 12pm nap, but managed to make it.
Slept through 12pm nap, 28 minutes instead of 20 ![]()
4pm nap was sweet.
Bed at 10pm
boring huh!
Day 2
No hitches, bit of tiredness, but nothing major
Day 3
Really tired between 1am and 6am, but nap helped lots.
Almost fell asleep sitting a couple of times, but my head drooping woke me up.

I'm going to do Everyman 3
My schedule is as follows:
Core: 10pm to 1am
Nap: 6:00am to 6:20am
Nap: 12:00pm to 12:20pm
Nap: 4:40pm to 5:00pm
I'm going to try and blog daily (After my catchup first post)
