Day 3

Im having trouble between 07am~11am.

I overslept my 09:55~10:15 nap by one hour, and felt ok after this mistake.

Now I’ll try left my home in this morning times, my tactic of freezin shower + jumping jacks is no longer working…

I found my rollerblades, so its a option.

No major problems in the rest of the day, so I will keep going.

Im going to make a trip on friday but I will keep in touch with this blog, I think with this trip thing will get easier because I dont have much to do here in home.

Day 2

So far so good.

Between 06am and 10am I have a little trouble being awake but I handle it.

I started to dream on a few naps, pretty cool.

Not much to say, just waiting the worse to come :)

Day 1

All naps went perfectly. No oversleeps and the sleep deprivation was no problem.

Ok, It was the Day 1, BIG DEAL.

But this perfect start is to show the sleep dep that Im not here to play. Im serious on it, Im gonna make it no matter what. I can walk miles or take 10 freezing showers to stay up cause I need it to work.

So, suck it up f*cking hellish sleep deprivation which make me fail 20 times. But not 21… no no no… Twenty is my máx!

Day 0

Hello, my name is Mário and im from Brazil. My english sucks but I will do my best trying to report my adaptation phase here because in Brazil polyphasic sleep is a joke.

My schedule:
01:55am > 02:15am
05:55am > 06:15am
09:55am > 10:15am
01:55pm > 02:15pm
05:55pm > 06:15pm
09:55pm > 10:15pm

Im going to use the Polynap MP3 Soundtrack (http://polynap.grelly.com/SleepTracks/Polynap8_20.mp3) during all my naps + a cellphone alarm to wake me up in 20min + my Flying Alarm Clock (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TW-lRARx47c <- It ROCKS!)
