This blog is a record of my, Jeremy Klassen or ragingmoon depending on if you know me in real life or not, experience going through polyphasic sleep. Most people are monophasic meaning they sleep once every day for 8ish hours. I am going to try sleeping polyphasically meaning I will sleep multiple times each day.
Through sleeping polyphasically people have discovered they can get go through their lives on a dramatically smaller amounts of sleep. The most regimented sleeping schedules allow people to stay awake for 22 hours each day. I will be attempting a schedule called the ‘Everyman 3 Sleeping Schedule’ in which I sleep for 3 hours each night and then take 3 20 minute naps throughout the day.
